About HealthOne Physician Associates
HealthOne Physician Associates, PC was formed in 1998 by a group of family physicians whose vision was to continue to provide high-quality personal health care to individuals and families while the medical environment around them was changing rapidly. The member physicians recognized that while the medical system may change, the special doctor-patient relationship does not change, is of primary importance and must remain strong. HealthOne has two offices, one in Oakville, CT and the other in Windsor, CT. Care is provided by five board-certified family physicians and two family nurse practitioners along with highly-trained ancillary staff. Oakville Family Physicians was founded in 1956 by Dr. Joseph Czarsty. His son, Dr. Craig, now provides care there and continues his father's legacy of being the family doctor for the community. Windsor Family Medicine was founded in 1980 by Dr. Charlene Li and her husband, Dr. William Harris. Dr. Kevin Flanagan joined the practice in 1990. The office now has a total of four physicians and two nurse practitioners. Drs. Craig Czarsty, Charlene Li and Kevin Flanagan are the owners and managing partners of HealthOne Physician Associates.
